Return & Exchange Policy

Returns:

If your sunglasses don’t fit or are damaged while shipping, we are happy to exchange or refund your purchase. All claims must be made within 5 business days after receipt of the sunglasses

If you are unhappy with your purchase (not due to damage) please keep the box and return it to 916 S. Livingston St., Whitehall, MI 49461 within 10 business days of receipt of the sunglasses. The customer pays the return shipping and is not the responsibility of SharpShades.com. You must supply a copy of your receipt and a description of why you are returning the sunglasses. The sunglasses must be in original condition with all plastic sleeves on the glasses and all original tags for refunds to be granted.

Exchanges:

SharpShades.com wants to make sure that you are satisfied with every pair of glasses you purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to exchange your pair for a new pair, simply send your glasses back to 916 S. Livingston St., Whitehall, MI 49461. Indicate which sunglasses you would like to receive instead, and we will ship them out promptly. We also work swiftly on returns to make sure all returns are handled promptly.
