Q.  How do I check my order status?
A. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notifcation.  Or you can login on our website to check the status by clicking here (this will only work if you created an account when you "checked out" and didn't check out as a guest).

Q.  When will I receive my order?
A. Most orders are shipped the same day you place your order via USPS First Class mail.  It typically takes 3-5 business days before your order will arrive.  If your order is backordered, we will notify you via e-mail in most cases, othercase you can login by clicking here to check your order status online (to see if all or part of your order is backordered).

Q.  Can you provide me a tracking number?
A. We are sorry, USPS First Class mail does not provide tracking information.

Q.  Are all your sunglasses on this site really only $8.95?
A.  Yes - every normal type (excluding polarized), style, designer, and color is only $8.95. Polarized sunglasses are $14.95 a pair (a 75% discount compared to our competition). The $8.95 does not include Shipping and Tax.  Please view our shipping page for our shipping rates.  Tax is only 6%  per pair of our cheap sunglasses.

Q.  Who will appear on my credit card statement when I order?
A.  When you place an order, a charge from "SHARPSHADES LLC" will appear on your credit card statement.

Q.  What level of UV protection do your sunglasses have?
A.  All of our sunglasses boast UV400 eye protection (the standard on sunglasses) that block UVA and UVB rays.  Some of our lenses also have polarization (in addition to UV400) to help cut down on glare.

Q.  Do you accept international orders?
A.  Yes - please view our international shipping rates at our shipping page.

Q.  Are the quality of your sunglasses really comparable to the designers?
A.  Yes - we boast ourselves to carry ONLY the highest quality sunglasses.  Our shades look just like the designers, but don't have the designer price tag.  We offer cheap sunglasses, but not cheap quality.

Q.  Can you price a special or customer order (such as a bulk/wholesale order)?
A.  Yes - Please contact us for special orders and wholesale discounts.

Q.  Do you accept COD (Cash on Delivery) payments?
A.  No - we do not accept COD payments.
